Power Bomb Guardian

The Power Bomb Guardian is a Sporb that was taken over by the Ing that stole Samus's Power Bomb ability. Unlike normal Sporbs, which fire toxic projectiles, the Power Bomb Guardian will launch Power Bombs. The energies from the Power Bombs render it immune to all of Samus's weapons, but it is not invincible.

Battle

The Power Bomb Guardian is vulnerable to massive amounts of kinetic energy. Above it is a large object held up by four bomb slots. To defeat it Samus has to scale the Spider Ball Tracks up towards the bomb slots to deactivate them, avoiding the Power Bombs and the Inglets as she does. After Samus has deactivated the four slots, the Power Bomb Guardian will be crushed allowing Samus to reclaim her Power Bombs.
