The Gravity Boost is a small jet pack added to Samus's suit in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. This jet pack, however, only functions underwater to help Samus rise to the surface. The Gravity Boost also functions identically to Metroid Prime's Gravity Suit, allowing Samus to move freely in water without being slowed down by the gravity's force.
Obtaining the Gravity Boost
The Gravity Boost is obtained in Torvus Bog. It is acquired right before Samus fights the Alpha Blogg in the Main Hydrochamber. It lays specifically in the small Hydrochamber Storage room.
