Twin Fever is a fatal disease that originated on the planet Twin Tabula, mentioned in Metroid Prime.
Caused by a viral strain, Twin Fever is characterized by its telltale symptom, Twin Sight, more commonly known as Diplopia or double vision. During the early stages of infection, victims will be plagued by double vision which fades when they are near death.
