Revamp

I think this category would work better if it was grouped into subcategories consisting of "Category:[game name] Bosses" instead of just having every boss in this one big category. Also, it'd be nice if we had some clearer standards for what exactly a Mini-boss is, since that term seems to be used rather loosely at the moment. I completely agree on both counts. Subcategories by game would be great, and I have no idea what officially constitutes a mini-boss right now. Echoes does have a "subguardian" category in the logbook but that leaves out several boss-like encounters, such as the Alpha Splinter, the Alpha Blogg, and the Caretaker Class Drone. Prime lumps everything together under "creatures" which is rather unhelpful. I guess it's one of those things that we're categorizing by feel at the moment, as indicated by our parameters on the Category:Mini-boss page: "bosses of lesser significance or difficulty." Echoes does have that handy category in the logbook, so it would be optimal to place all the Sub Guardians or none at all in the Mini-boss category. The rest are pretty much subjective, I guess. We could include Super Metroid bosses that don't show up on the Golden Statue, things like that, based on what makes sense. I would like to say that if an enemy becomes very common later on after it is fought as a Mini-boss, I'd like to exclude them from this category. This would remove Plated Beetle (pushover once you have actual weapons) and "Jolly Roger" Drone (mimics the Ram War Wasp's pattern once near the very beginning of the game, but doesn't do much else out of the ordinary the vast majority of the time). I'd also like to remove Steambot since they're really just cannon fodder that you're forced to kill before fighting the real Mini-boss, Steamlord. Other than that, I don't really have any suggested additions or subtractions, so long as we're clear on what we want and don't want in this category in the future.
