Torvus Energy Controller

The Torvus Energy Controller is room on Aether in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes.
Description
The room, like all energy controller housing rooms, is small. It houses the regional Energy Controller for Torvus Bog. It contains the corpse of A-Voq, the last Sentinel of the temple before the Ing attacked and stole the Light of Aether from the Luminoth. A-Voq was laying there for 1.2 decacycles before Samus' arrival, indicating that Torvus Bog was the second temple to be attack by the Ing. It also containers another Luminoth Holoprojector that gives Samus a message from A-Voq.
First Visit
Once the Holoprojector is scanned, A-Voq's message appears, informing Samus of the attack and destruction of the temple. He tells Samus that the main chamber of the Temple has been mostly preserved, by the remaining portion is flooded. She must venture to the flooded temple and seek entrances to Dark Torvus Bog to find the Dark Temple Keys that are hidden there. He warns Samus that the dark water is foul and venomous and that she should avoid it at all costs. He updates her Translator Module to interpret Emerald holograms. Afterwards, Samus can scan an emerald lore projector to gain more insight to the Luminoth's history.
Second Visit
After Samus ends Chykka and reclaims the energy from the dark temple, she heads back to the light world. Upon entering the Energy Controller's housing, a cutscene once again shows Samus injecting the energy back into the light world's system, improving the local weather and reactivating the Light-Based Teleportation System in the Torvus region, refracting the energy into the Main Energy Controller once again. A-Voq appears behind Samus as she gazes at the energy and bows, showing his respect for Samus.
Later Visits
After Samus restores the Light of Aether to the Agon, Torvus, and Sanctuary Temples, she can access Aether's Light-Based Teleportation System and instantly teleport to Agon's Energy Controller using the Light Suit.
