An Ing Larva Swarm is a large group of young Ing gathered together for safety. Due to their small size, they are incapable of defending themselves resulting in most of the larvae dying. Samus encounters the Ing Larva Swarm in the Ing Hive.

Ing larvae travel in swarms for protection. They are weak with no real defenses or attacks. The few that make it to adulthood are quite cunning and vicious.
