Torvus Hanging Pods are pods found in Torvus Bog that grow on vines in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes.

These pods were placed on high throughout the bog during the Ing-Luminoth War so that Luminoth soldiers could collect the items stored within them. A few shots of any weapon can destroy one, revealing ammunition or energy.

First Location: Torvus Bog - Temple Transport Access
The Luminoth placed these pods throughout the bog for use by their soldiers during the war. Though many have been raided since then, some still contain useful items left over from the war.
