A Super Missile Expansion increases the amount of Super Missiles Samus can hold at one time. They appear in Super Metroid and Metroid: Zero Mission. They increase the capacity of Super Missiles by 5 in Super Metroid, 2 in Zero Mission normal mode, and one in hard mode.
