The Luminoth J-Stl was one of the ten Keybearers sent to collect the Sky Temple Keys. He is called "noble" by A-Kul.[1] His mate, B-Stl, was also a Keybearer, and briefly outlived him.[2]
He was ambushed by the Ing in the Central Mining Station of Agon and killed. His key is later recovered by Samus in the Battleground of Dark Agon.
