The Chozo Artifacts are twelve relics, collectively known as the Cipher by their Chozo creators,[1] in Metroid Prime. They power a seal, built to contain the Great Poison in the Impact Crater,[2] in the Artifact Temple of Tallon Overworld. These twelve artifacts, scattered about Tallon IV, when combined, open the path to the Impact Crater and the final battle against Metroid Prime.
