The Central Station Access is a room in the Agon Wastes. The room connects Mining Station A to the Central Mining Station, the latter of which is blocked by a Red Blast Shield.

The room is mostly empty, serving as a hallway between the two Mining Stations. On Samus's first trip through the room, two Pirate Troopers will be present near the Central Mining Station. There are also a few Space Pirate Crates and three Heavy Phazon Canisters near the Pirates. If Samus detonates the canisters while the Pirates are near, they will be instantly killed. The Troopers will not appear on later visits.
