The Transport Center is a room in the Agon Wastes. The room connects the Portal Terminal, Save Station A, and the Transport to Torvus Bog, the last of which is blocked by a Multi-Lock Blast Shield.

The room consists of a main room with two branching hallways. These hallways lead to the Portal Terminal in the east and Save Station A in the West. The hallway to Save Station A is initially blocked by a large gate. This gate can be lowered using a nearby Bomb Slot. When the gate has been lowered, a Missile Expansion will be revealed. The main room is essentially a tall Half Pipe. Samus can use the Boost Ball to go up the sides of the ramp to access the door to the Transport to Torvus Bog on the south end, or a higher north ledge. This ledge has a one-way Portal that leads to the Crossroads. This Portal is the only way to obtain a Missile Expansion located there.
