Metroid Wiki is in need of filling in various stubs!

The Hall of Combat Mastery is a large chamber in the Sanctuary Fortress, and the only room in Sanctuary Fortress containing a Luminoth-designed Portal Generator. The Hall is also a major navigation hub in the Fortress, connecting to a Transport to Agon Wastes and the main Reactor Core via the Minigyro Chamber. Once Samus has obtained the Spider Ball upgrade, she can use the tracks to access the Central Area Transport East door. There is also a Portal Generator that'll teleport Samus to the Culling Chamber in the Ing Hive.

When Samus first enters the area, there are two Quad CMs walking around, with multiple Quad MBs for them to use if their bodies are destroyed. While there are several Ingsmashers in the room as well, none of them are active until you return to the room later. The room is fairly straightforward and simple when Samus arrive for the first time, but when she returns later, she can use the Spider Ball Tracks to get a Missile Expansion by solving a few 2-D Morph Ball puzzles.
