A Crystallite is a wandering creature that has a shell of ice that makes it immune to beams like the Grizby.

Morphology

A territorial scavanger that wanders with a hard ice shell. The shell reflects Beam weapons, but missles and other concussive based weapons can crack the hard icey shell. It wanders in search of food . In its larval stage the Crystallite seeems to hang upside down from the ceiling and thats how the ice forms on the creatures back.

First Location: Phendrana Drifts
Territorial cold-weather scavenger. The shell of a Crystallite reflects Beam weapons, and can only be cracked by a concussive blast. They hang upside down in an ice cave during their larval stage. Moisture runs off its body and forms the hard ice shell, which the Crystallite retains for the rest of its life
