The Training Chamber is a room in the Chozo Ruins. It is accessed from the Training Chamber Access and leads to the Piston Tunnel. The room has a large Half Pipe in the center which allows access to two Bomb Slots, but they will not be active until the Chozo Ghosts in the room are defeated. One slot will open the exit to the room, while the other will activate a Spider Ball Track which leads to an Energy Tank.
